Broadway & Heather, Vancouver, 1983 (Lithographed Poster)

This view over W. Broadway, made in 1983, shows a Vancouver skyline that has changed radically in the interim. The foreground building, housing a carpet store at the time, was originally a Texaco gas station (as can be made out in the peeling paint on the façade).

I returned to this location several times with my medium format film camera to optimize light and composition, as described in this blog post.
